Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of Rujero Colección Privada
  • 80 ml pineapple juice
  • 40 ml of coconut cream
  • 5 ml of syrup
  • Ice

Preparation

We put ice in shaker. Add 4 parts (80 ml.) of pineapple juice, 2 parts coconut cream (40 ml.) and 3 parts (60 ml.) of Singani Rujero.

Close the shaker and shake it vigorously for a few seconds until you feel that shaker is frost. Then, pour the cocktail in a tall glass through the colander and garnish it with a piece of natural pineapple or in syrup and one or two straws.
